Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.) Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary by country.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages CalmCore is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at brandibarton1978@gmail.com with photos of the damage and we will work to make it right.
